Light bulb vs. Liquid Nitrogen

So incandescent lightbulbs are often made with a tungsten filament and the surrounded by arguing gas, to keep the tungsten from burning when it gets so hot it glows. And you know when the when the build has let in a little air/oxygen because the bulb burns out in a flash.

But is argin the only thing the only thing that will work? What about a liquid?

Kids, don’t try this at home!
