D2 Starting Scrum Half

Brian gets his first start at scrum-half for the Atlanta Old White D2 team and it’s at the the Super-Regional Tournament Semi-Final no less!  He’s gotten some playing time with the D2 side over the last few months, but this is his first start.  The regular starting scrummy,  Charles Delahaie has been spending extra time with Brian before regular practice working with him.  Brian’s been super pumped about it because he says Charles is the best scrum half he’s ever played with.

Also exciting is that one of Brian’s first coaches/referees at Charlotte Junior Rugby Association (CJRA), Coach Amro [Gouda], is on the team too!  Coach Amrol, along with a few other players on the team, spent some time playing professional Rugby.  We actually got to see Coach Amro when he got traded from NoLa Gold to Rugby ATL.
