Josh and Izzy has a history of aviation class any they had to make a few different types of vehicles. This particular lesson was a water rocket made with 2 a liter. The tricky bit is the part that holds the rocket while you pressurize it and can the release it quickly. The zip tie heavy mechanism works surprisingly well.
